Botanical Collection

Some drawings I made last weekend. I have recently picked up watercolour again. This time around I've been able to somewhat be consistent doing this hobby. I think I was finally able to rech a point where I can comfortably manipulate the brush, colour and water. I'm no longer disappointed with the results. I think having the right tools helped me so much. Ever since I started using Sakura Pigma Micron pen in 005, my line art no longer bleeds and really changed the game for me. Having appropriate brush sizes too, I realised watercolour can be time consuming on larger piece so I've been focusing on smaller pieces and the brushes that comes with my watercolour palatte was just not small enough or holds too much water.

It's very encouraging that I get messages from mutuals and readers saying that I have motivated them to pick up drawing again. I guess they kind of see my progress?
